Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of trackxp.com and the TrackXP games (including trivia.trackxp.com and dnd.trackxp.com). By using TrackXP you agree to them.

The service

TrackXP provides browser-based multiplayer party games. Games can be joined with a room code without an account; an account adds cross-game identity and, for approved staff, management features. The service is provided "as is" — we aim for reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and live game state may be lost if a server restarts.

Accounts

Acceptable use

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit (questions, images, chat). You grant TrackXP a license to host, display, and moderate it as part of running the service. We may remove content at our discretion. Community trivia submissions that pass review may be included in the shared question library.

AI features

TrackXP Online D&D includes AI-generated narration and AI-controlled companions. AI output is generated on the fly and may occasionally be inaccurate or inconsistent — it's a game, use your judgment. Messages sent to the AI Dungeon Master are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party content

Movie imagery is provided via the TMDB API (not endorsed or certified by TMDB). Music previews are provided via Apple's iTunes Search API. Dungeons & Dragons content is used under the terms of the applicable open gaming licenses; TrackXP is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackXP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing — TrackXP is free).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
